NOTICE:  The West Bradford Zoning Hearing Board will consider the following and any other matters that properly come before them on September 1, 2010 at the West Bradford Township Administration Building, 1385 Campus Drive, Downingtown, PA  19335. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M.   

APPEAL #366:  APPLICANTS:  Mr. and Mrs. Shaun McGovern.   PROPERTY: 1450 Oakwood Road, Coatesville, PA  19320.    WHEREBY the applicants seek a variance to construct a residential swimming pool as an accessory to a single-family dwelling in the front yard as defined by the Zoning Ordinance.  REFERENCE Section 850.A of the West Bradford Township Zoning Ordinance.

INOTICE:  The West Bradford Township Yard Waste Compost Center located at 2020 West Strasburg Road is now open!  Bring your yard waste on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays from 9 am - 2 pm.    Directions to Compost Center.

NOTICE:  With the PECO SMART APPLIANCE RECYCLING PROGRAM,  PECO will give you $35.00 for old working refrigerators or freezers!  Plus, you could save up to $150 per year on your utility bills just by getting rid of the old energy guzzler.  To schedule,  go to  www.peco.com/Smartideas, or call 1-888-5-PECO-SAVE (1-888-573-2672).  While they are at your home, they will also pick up one old, working window air conditioner and give you an additional $25.00!   Program funding is limited. Participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
